Vehicle Prep Checklist
Use this handy checklist to help you prepare your vehicle(s) for safe transport.
Condition
Vehicle must be drivable.  Any mechanical problems should be noted on the inspection report.
Keys
Keys must be presented to the transport driver. Alarms must either be disabled or remote device provided to the driver.
 
Registration / Insurance
Ensure proper vehicle registration, ownership, inspections and insurance are provided to driver as required by law.
 
Fuel Level
Fuel shall be approximately 1/4 full.
 
Antennas
Antennas shall be lowered or removed.
 
Cleanliness
Vehicle must be sufficiently clean to allow for an accurate inspection report.
 
Accessories
Accessories like luggage racks, mirrors, etc. should be either removed or set for minimum extension from the vehicle.
 
Personal Items
All personal items like cell phones, CDs, sun glasses, garage remotes, etc. should be removed prior to transport.
